Okay so I watched this knowing Lili stars in it and I loved the trailer which mainly made me watch in high hopes for some vigilante cliche - I was wrong, but in a good way. The message was clearly conveyed and I loved that it "tackles" how people see and react to them differently. Them showing different sides makes you think, what would you have done...It was slow sure, but its kind of necessary to be effective. Halfway in the movie I was thinking of how theyre gonna end it, had a lot of thoughts too which seem good but dont fit...the way they did it tho, poetic! Casting and acting was on point, lov3d the mood, anticipation/build up and macro edits too, but I can't really say I loved being reminded with how twisted "entertainment" is for other people or that there is a really wide range of cruelty humans are capable of; definitely appreciate it, but still. Anyways, I know contents get banned and stuff, but I've never really thought HOW...someones gotta do it I know but urghhh theyre up there with them authorities who had to surf the dark web Its entertaining plus it serves as a reminder, a warning, a call to action, a spark for conversation and..... Never had there been a movie so perfect for this Era!!
