Absolutely amazing movie. In my opinion, it was very well executed for its genre, and I could see it becoming a cult classic for sure. I thought the relatively small main cast, as well as the single setting for the main plot, offered something we've been missing from films over the past few years; It wasn't overdone, with too many sub plots and settings that divert from the story, and in this case, the suspense of a horror/action- comedy. The lightness and comedy provided in dialogue, and the limited but amazing soundtrack, paired very well with the disturbing horror and action elements. I've only just started the novel this movie is based on, but so far, I can say the film has done a great job at adapting the story, and the actors did amazing in bringing David Koepp's characters to life. This film offers suspense, wholesome romance, hilarious one-liners and an overall great viewing experience for those who enjoy action comedies and sci-fi horror. I can't recommend this film enough.
