It is the typical "person kidnaps someone and we are shown the person's backstory to feel sympathy and support their actions" story. But in contrast to other fictional work that offers the same recount structure, this real-life based film lacks the twists and turns that made the former worth-while cinema viewings. After the executive gets taken as a hostage nothing really happened in this movie. Good acting, but this is an excellent example that not every real-life story is worth putting in the big screen.
