It is obvious this is low-budget, but it is surprising how well done and genuinely suspenseful this is. An appealing cast , led by William Poole (who is excellent) find themselves stuck in an elevator during a zombie outbreak. While it still contains the usual "characters making foolish decisions" of so many horror films, it moves along at a brisk pace and is never boring. The characters are likable which certainly adds to the story because you end up rooting for them. It certainly isn't your typical zombie flick and was much more entertaining then many larger budget horror films I have seen. An excellent score and great sound effects added to the suspense. If you go into this with low expectations, I think you'll find it to be much better then it had any right to be. I'd love to see what this director could do with a larger budget .
