Firstly everybody looks like catalog models And act like a cheesy after-school special. I nearly vomited when in the first ep, the family ( with requisite token foster child from an 80's sitcom ) plays charades, the youngest daughter, who is 'troubled' has a gay BF, says 'neat' to a potential love interest, the lead tells the victim 'it's not your fault' before she even utters a word and even the sets look like something out of house and garden. Why bother making an inane, bland, banal series that is so cheesy it gives Camembert a bad name? Netflix's infamous algorithm obviously assumes most of the targeted audience is severely brain damaged and lives inside a rainbow and lollipop wonderland. And then come the 'horror' cliches.
