Grease was one of my favorite movies growing up so I was interested to see what this would be like. I will say as a person of color I welcome the inclusivity in revivals. My question is why do all musical shows have to be auto tuned to death now? They also drowned out all of the background atmospheric noises that made the original more authentic and I don't mean to a point where there's nothing but to the point where it just sounds like ASMR or low white noise in the background. The original felt like watching a Broadway show and this feels like watching the musical parts of Riverdale I've cringed and skipped through 😒.
