I thought the show was really fun. I heard about it on TikTok and now I keep recommending it to people. Marsden was a bit much- but I guess I'd believe it if I wasn't aware of what was happening. I wish the show left in some more of the boring court stuff- it would be less interesting, of course, but I kept forgetting that crazy stuff wasn't happening constantly and that's what makes it believable. They are also building rapport over that time that you kind of lose in the edit. Even still- it's a fun ride. Lots of laughs per episode. Creative twists too. You're on the edge of your seat the whole time because you're in on the performance but while you're nervous for Ronald, you quickly see how good of a guy he is, and are drawn in deeper by curiosity for how he'll act in guaranteed bonkers scenarios. Hearing more about the show as it's gained popularity- I love that they considered how Ronald will feel afterwards, and that they prioritized a heroes journey rather than trying to make someone feel punked. I'm probably going to watch again!
