Organized crime story set in Ireland. The main plot and cast is ok. But PC sub plots and themes destroy the suspension of disbelief - You can't watch this show and not be reminded of 'real world' culture debates - beyond annoying. This is the story about the most carefully diverse, socially conscious mobsters in Ireland - complete with... the obligatory and clichéd gay character with back alley rendezvous. 'The Sopranos' is a much better choice in this genre. 'The Sopranos' managed to explore issues in realistic, creative ways and didn't make casting choices like it used the racial quotas from the Harvard University admissions board.
