There was a slow stillness, a darkness, beauty and depth to Yellowstone. Marshals felt rushed, cheap and forced. The acting was average, the characters have no depth in personality and the lighting and cinematography wasn't anywhere near as stunning as Yellowstone. This just feels like another cop show in yet another streaming platform. Nothing stood out about it. And the fight scenes? Come on. Who attacks someone with a knife like that? And Kayce just "happened" to open the game app right as the guy's body was rolling out for Face ID. We laughed at the last words of the guy dying at the river's edge. And Monica's story was so rushed we nearly missed it. Where was the heart of it? This might as well be Netflix slop. Absolutely disappointing.
