I have loved many of Gordon Ramsey's shows that have been brought to the US, however, it was a VERY fast season with the two hour episodes. The judges seemed fair, but sometimes I wish they couldn't see the dishes being created. It would seem more honest if they had to judge blindly. The contestants are challenged in many ways and it is great to see how they adjust to the unplanned and unfamiliar. This show teaches that you don't have to be fancy or complicated, but true to the food and your passion. I do think they have their favorites but, otherwise, I love the show and can't wait for the next season.
