I'm not a fan of most shows that take existing characters and race or gender swap them. Not only because its not an okay thing to do in my opinion, but also because they usually are full of political one liners that plague the whole show. I watched the first episode of this show and although they did race swap quite a few characters, the show had no clear political agenda. I found myself liking the first episode greatly. This new take on Superman is really interesting and I really liked the creativity when it came to his super powers. I actually liked this Lois Lane more than any other Lois lane before as well. My expectations were extremally low. 10/10.
