I'll update as i watch more episodes. But I immediately found myself caring about the characters, liking them. That's pretty unusual. The drama side of things is well done. The humor is well done in that it feels like it's a believable part of the story. The humor does suffer a little bit from Steve Carell's character being a little bit too tongue tied around people. That doesn't feel quite right for someone of his age and looks. But all in all this feels like the beginning of a show I'll look forward to watching each week.
