Footie drama "Saipan" chronicles the sensational (in Ireland anyway) spat between Ireland gaffer Mick McCarthy (Steve Coogan - not quite shaking his own mannerisms) & star player Roy Keane (Éanna Hardwicke) that saw the latter withdraw from World Cup 2002. Already no fan of McCarthy, on arriving at the titular pre-tournament acclimatisation camp Keane was so shocked with the shambolic organisation & facilities that it all kicked off. Co-directing duo Lisa Barros D'Sa & Glenn Leyburn and writer Paul Fraser play it totally straight, meaning it's only really of notable interest to footie fans - but they'll sure appreciate.
