LOVE THIS FILM. So elegant. Perfect, subtle score, very Crimes of The Future/Howard Shore. This film is SO much better than the trailer suggests. I was utterly enthralled. L've always considered Ben Foster one of the greats & it is wonderful to see him playing such a complex, toned down character. I wish more directors gave him opportunities like this, I can't understand why he's not utilised more. Can't believe this is only the second film from James Buxton, so excited to see what he does next. I am INVESTED. If you appreciate films like One Hour Photo & Nightcrawler, you'll appreciate this. Such a treat. Easily one of my favourite films of the year so far, which has been full of superb cinema.
