It's hard to write a review for this, for the first moment I saw batons on the back of a splinter agent, the fact they were just called agent, the no need close combat hand to hand - and that's just the first few min of the first ep. Who wrote this? The animation was pretty sweet, but the frames did make it jitter, would not have take much more effort to add an extra frame in. I won't spoil the rest, and you should make up your own minds, be aware of the over positive reviews, and lower your expectations.
