TBH, This show popped up as I opened the HBO/Max app, and I drilled into it on accident. After reading a brief synopsis I decided to give it a try as I had an hour to "kill" (no pun intended). Wow, what starts as a peek into the lives of two families on opposite sides of the law, eventually converges to the scene of a gruesome crime; a robbery gone wrong. The events that lead up to the scene lay the groundwork for what I feel will be another hit crime drama for the Network. With Mark Ruffalo and Tom Pelphrey at the helm, you can expect a great product. For a show that I had no background on, and didn't anticipate, I am thoroughly happy that I have discovered a new show to look forward to in the weeks to come.
