It's honestly a breath of fresh air to finally see them doing something different with the Terminator franchise. Let's face it we've had more then enough movies like 5 at this point things were getting really stupid although I did enjoy Terminator Dark Fate. The first 5 minutes is done very well in the year 2022 Eiko a resistance soilder is hiding in a metal locker with 4 bullets in her pistol left there she's observing a terminator walking through the bricks and rubble left in the room killing any soilders on the floor still alive. There's some somewhat violent gun scenes here and honestly some great action sequences the animation is gorgeous and looks amazing for a first episode it really just starts of with a bang. No slow pacing or anything like that starting right of with some guns firing and everything after that we go to the year 1997 and things calm down for a little while. The series has an familiar cast to like Rosario Dawson who voices an AI in the Skynet building and Timothy Olyphant who voices the Terminator. I've only seen the first episode but this anime has promise and definitely could be something special.
