I'm a hardcore Star Wars fan and it takes a realllllllly good show or movie to get me into a "pure" sci-fi genre. And this show delivers that in the greatest way possible. It takes extreme care in logical/plausible technology, with great set designs that make it all the more believable. Even when they do have "magic" answers for things like radiation exposure, or extreme g maneuvers, they actually care enough to show that there is a technology to solve for the issues that would exist in human spaceflight of that nature. Coupled with that sense of realism is this fantastic political/societal expression between "Earthers, Belters, and Martians" which all have a very well developed unique perspective and logical discretion with each other. All that world building is then elevated with a great cast of characters that drive your interest in their story in this universe and the great mysteries they encounter in the solar system and beyond. Truly one of the best if not the best sci-fi series ever made.
