Watched a few episodes as the story sounded interesting. Sadly the writing is bad, with very poor and shallow acting... Jennifer Garner's acting and expressions are very annoying and always the same. Best thing about this series are the locations... best acting comes from the marginal characters. This is the first Apple Original I have watched that is not up to the very high standards (Ted Lasso, Shrinking, Silo, Severance...) of the production, acting, directing and writing. I am sure the novel it has been inspired by is very good, worth reading that to make up for the shallow series ... 😉
