It's the kind of show in which you desperately wish you could be a part of, characters you wish you knew personally, a time and place you'd time travel back to. The outrageous situations, the endless surprises, the brilliant standup, a cast so perfectly fit that they make every encounter on your screen a tangible delight. Watch the back and forth all in one take. The sheer rhythm accomplished in this series is extraordinary, let alone the production and costume design that make it pure magic. I never want it to end. I want to grow old with Midge. I want Susie to manage my own life. I want to listen to Abe and Rose have tedious arguments until their last breaths. This is Marvelous indeed.
