I was 2 episodes in and then I asked myself 1. Why am I watching it if I hate the characters 2, Do I want to go another 6 1/2 hours with these characters? 3. I know exactly where the plot will head 4. Its on Peacock which means it's unlikely to get a second season so why am I investing in something likely not to continue. 5. I liked the white cat more than anyone else The War of the Roses meets Honey I Shrunk the Kids mesh feels repetitive. I really hated both the leads characters. Elizabeth Banks can do exceptional work (just see Skincare from 2024) but she's so vile here. Matthew McFadyen to me is dull - everybody loved him in Succession, but I found him grating there, same here - this time he is just annoying. I don't care for the actor. I was distracted greatly to the casting of the daughter Sofia Rosinksy. OT Fagbenie needs to stop playing the same weasel he is playing in everything. I mean again if the white cat is the one I am rooting for then we're in trouble. All of this was pointless. I tried for Elizabeth Banks, but she's not great here. Pass.
