I had to stop the Amazon Prime video and notify Tyler Perry fans, this movie is one of his best. It reminds me of the role Jill Scott played in Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married and how her character, a Black damsel in distress gets rescued. But wait, this is only the first few minutes of entertaining fashion, great musical score, dramedy, thriller vibes and a little supernatural sci-fi. When I grow up, I hope my writing talent will allow me to write at least 15 pages of a phenomenal screenplay as a Tyler Perry fan. Thank you, Tyler Perry, let me get back to Finding Joy!
