Good execution for a not so simple story of a hacker who falls for the wrong girl. There is much more to the story, with good twists and solid execution. Think of this as a less stylized version of Drive that is set in a more vicious world similar to a Fincher movie. This is a slow burn thriller, do not expect action, all about story turning into places you didnt expect right away. Acting is solid, effects are good when needed, violence is unapologetic, direction is strong and writing (from the same writer as Fast and Furious 9 and the upcoming Mass Effect flick) is to the point; which is great. If you enjoyed something like The girl with the dragon Tattoo, this is right up your alley.
