I'm not going into details of the story I just want this comment to reflect that this was slow, dull and boring. An FBI agent and beat cop team up to catch a marksman shooter who goes on a random killing spree of people all because he's doesn't like people.... ridiculous. The beginning starts off very promising and then after twenty minutes in, the story goes slow and the shooter is the only thing that makes it worth the watch. I really thought this was be gonna something like a really good cat and mouse thriller but it fizzled out fast, becoming a one time watch with absolutely nothing to write home about. FYI, the ending part when they caught the killer was overkill....meh at best.
