Sequels to an original are rarely as good and this one fitted that category. It reminded me of the Mama Mia movie but not quite as enjoyable. The story seemed to lack some spark and felt predictable. Toward the end I was wondering how much longer it was going. Having said all that, it wasn't terrible either. My wife enjoyed it more than I did but she is rarely disappointed by a movie. So for some it will be good, for me just OK but lacked a spark that gave the impression it was one sequel too many. Overall it lacked originality and the script gave the impression the writers were out of ideas.
