Just the opening credits set us on edge as we watched the opening, and my wife and I looked at each other and asked the question "Is she going to sound like that the entire show?". Answer is yes. It's a pretty rehashed story, and there isn't a lot of originality to the story, but it's reasonably well done and there certainly are some great talents attached to the show and the costume team set teams did a great job nailing the period. Other than that, if your bored or not watching anything else of note then it's a really good way to kill some time, but there are other shows that you would get more out of.
